Campus 24-7

24-7 Prayer USA's Campus 24-7 seeks to join in the work God is already doing by uniting Christian students, faculty, and staff in prayer all over the nation.

We're catalyzing prayer on college campuses

The mission of Campus 24-7 is to catalyze prayer on college and university campuses. Encouraged by recent spontaneous prayer movements on campuses around the country as well as those dating back to the Second Great Awakening that spawned the National Collegiate Day of Prayer, we see a hunger for Christ in the hearts of students. Campus 24-7 seeks to join in the work God is already doing by uniting Christian students, faculty, and staff in prayer.

Institutions of higher education were once valued as seedbeds for healthy civil dialogue and the development of mature critical thinking skills. Today, these values are in danger of being choked out by the weeds of hate speech, discrimination and other points of division on many campuses. Students will shape the future of our nation. We believe prayer is the beginning of a future aimed towards reconciliation, respect, and peace.

How It Works

The Campus 24-7 strategy is simple:

·  Pray for Christ to move mightily in the hearts of students around the country

·  Seek partnerships with existing campus ministries to foster collaborative prayer

·  Provide support for local 24-7 Prayer communities in “college towns”

·  Embody the practices of prayer, creativity, hospitality, learning, mission, and justice along the way
